As any self respecting Phish fan already knows, Phish has finally announced the end of their second hiatus with three shows at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia in March 2009. Although very few of us will be lucky enough to attend any of these shows (or be able to afford to go) we will all be able to enjoy the new Phish shirts that are bound to be released. But what excites me more than new official Phish shirts is whats bound to come out of the lot scene. Those masters of pirate merchandise have had four years to brainstorm new ideas and hone their art; yes I consider lot shirts an art. I'm really looking forward to seeing those new shirts here on Band Shirt Archive and I'll be actively hunting them down. So check back from time to time to see the new Phish shirts.
In honor of those crafty lot vendors who will most likely be dodging securing at every turn I've picked out a couple of my favorite phish lot shirts from the archive. We have a small sample of the hundreds of Phish shirts ever produced, so please dig deep in those closets and add your favorite Phish lots shirts to the archive.
