Well jam-band fans, it's been six long months sense Gov't Mule has been on the road but the wait is finally over. If a jamming show and a probable Cortez The Killer isn''t reason enough to get you out to their nearest tour stop, it might interest you to know that they''ll be back with a new base player. Jorgen Carlsson is replacing long time member Andy Hess for what the Mule has dubbed The Kinder Revolution Tour. New tour, cool tour name, I can only dream of the sweet new shirts Gov't Mule will be releasing along the way.
Where are you going to catch the Mule this fall? The tour kicks off at the Flynn Theater in Burlington Vt on October 30th and wraps up on New Years Eve at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom.
How hot is this tour going to be? Reportedly, members of Gov't Mule have spent the last six months hanging out and jamming with Carlsson, no doubt salivating at the chance to get back on stage and release all that pent up energy that a new member and not playing out live will bring. I expect those first shows in Vermont to nothing short of a group therapy session for the bands and the fans.
Sense this is the Band Shirt Archive and we are just short of obsessed with band shirts. Here are a couple of our favorite Mule shirts both new and old. As always, if you have own a shirt that we don’t have in the archive please add it!
